1. I received the box, how to start ?

Open the box. Scan the QR Code. Follow the instructions.

2. Do you need a phone with NFC to use the EDOmedic Admin App ?

No. Scanning the QR Code is all you need to personalize the wristband.

3. If my wristband in illegible, can I receive a replacement ?

All of our wristbands are manually tested before shipping. In the event of an unexpected problem that prevents the wristband from operating as expected, we will replace the wristband.

4. Is the wristband waterproof ?

Yes.

5. I live in a country that is not yet supported, is it possible to ship to my address ?

es. Contact us at support@edomedic.com and we’ll ship to your address (additional charges may apply). EDOmedic hopes to soon be able to ship its products worldwide.

6. Is wearing the wristband day and night safe for my child?

It is safe to wear 24/7. The strap is made from Food Grade Silicone. The NFC chip does not constantly emit a wave, but only when an NFC reader is nearby.

7. Which allergy is supported ?

As you can see in this screenshot of the EDOmedic Admin App, we have predefined several allergies with a dedicated pictogram. If your child’s allergy is not listed, you can simply fill in the other field.
